Ruvimbo is a legal professional with experience in administrative, corporate, financial services, insurance and mining law. She has a strong acumen for transactions stemming from her double Bachelor’s in law and Business at Leiden University in the Netherlands. This has enabled her to lead internal advisory teams for a number of multi-million United Stated Dollar transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions, capital raises and debt restructuring. While in the Mining Industry she acquired an aptitude for project management as well as engineering, procurement and construction contracts. She is an astute corporate governance advisor whose guidance has resulted in three Governance Awards from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Zimbabwe (ICASZ).
She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors of Zimbabwe.
